About PaperLK

PaperLK is a free library of Sri Lankan national examination past papers. We collect G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L), G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) and Grade 5 Scholarship papers — together with official marking schemes wherever they are available — and make them easy to find, view and download on any device.

Past papers are one of the most effective ways to prepare for an exam. Practising with real questions builds familiarity with the paper structure, improves time management and shows you exactly how answers are marked. Every paper on this site is available in the medium it was originally issued — Sinhala, Tamil or English — and is free to download as a PDF.

How to use the site

• Browse all papers and filter by exam, subject, year and medium.
• Use the search bar to jump straight to a paper, e.g. “2023 A/L Physics”.
• Open a subject hub page to see every available year for that subject in one table.
• Download the paper, attempt it under timed conditions, then check the marking scheme.
